Mr. Baldwin applied for a Gator Grant to purchase wobble stools for his small group table in his 6th grade Math classroom. His Gator Grant application detailed:
"Flexible seating has been proven to be of a benefit to students in the classroom. The movement is good for students who are forced to sit at a desk all day. I have had these stools in the past and the students are in love with them, because they are different than the normal seats, but they also help students to focus on what is going on in class."
The MGMS PTO voted unanimously to award $250.00 to Mr. Baldwin.
